Henkel will divest of all or part of its stake in Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, MN. According to Henkel, no final decision was made at press time as to the size, timing and method of such a divestiture, which would be carried out in accordance with the stockholder’s agreement between Henkel and Ecolab.
